This Privacy Policy explains how F1T (“F1T”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the F1T mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

F1T is a workout app that lets you build custom training programs, log sets and reps, and track your progress. The Service is operated by F1T.

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the Service:

• Email address
• Password (stored in hashed form; we do not store your password in plain text)

• Workouts and programs you create (for example, titles and structure)
• Exercises you create or use (for example, titles and body part)
• Workout sessions and training logs (for example, sets, reps, weights, dates, and session status)

2.3 Technical and authentication data

• Authentication tokens used to keep you signed in
• Basic technical data that may be associated with your session (such as IP address or user agent) when required for security, debugging, or operating the Service

We do not intentionally collect sensitive health diagnoses or medical records. F1T is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, sync, and improve the Service (workouts, exercises, session history, calendar, and stats)
• Authenticate you and protect the Service against unauthorized access, abuse, or fraud

Your data is stored on servers used to operate the F1T backend (Laravel API and related hosting infrastructure). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords and authenticated API access.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your account and data.

6. Sharing of information

We may share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers - hosting, infrastructure, or email providers that process data on our behalf to run the Service
• Legal requirements - if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of F1T, our users, or others
• Business transfers - if F1T is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

App store platforms (such as Google Play) have their own privacy practices when you download or interact with the store. Those practices are governed by the store’s policies, not this Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention

We retain your account and training data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or successfully request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain information for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes (for example, fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
